Oh Toodles!!! My son is two!!!Yep..my only son just turned two yesterday with his favorite cartoon character, Mickey Mouse as the theme.
Actually, I did not plan to have any party at all...probably a lunch out with Sean, my dad and my niece. (my hubby's in China at the moment and missed all the fun!) but a week before July 8, I saw an internet deal selling a buffet lunch in Park Plaza Hotel Bangkok for 175 Baht per person (6$), not bad right? So then, I bought 15 vouchers with the said deal and made a Mickey Mouse party invitation and invited some of our close relatives and friends.
We celebrated and ate our hearts out at Mezza Restaurant, Park Plaza Hotel Bangkok in Sukhumvit 18. The food was great and they had a variety of dishes and desserts. The fruit juices and cola drinks were also included in the 6$. Not bad, not bad at all! More than 20 people came thus I was obliged to pay the regular price of ฿ 350.00 ($12) for the excess of 5 persons. It was fine, though..everyone had a hearty buffet lunch and I was able to meet Aom (my ticket sales agent) personally after talking to her on the phone for more than a year. :)
After my dad finished his lunch (he came late due to his Thai language class), we took group pictures and left very satisfied with the hotel's food and services.
